Overall the MASTER IT Faster program encourages less emphasis on 'top down training' and more emphasis on 'bottom-up learning', where individuals are able to teach themselves many of the necessary skills, often in informal groups. These self-reliant attitudes are the practical basis of a true 'learning organisation'.

We can provide short sessions on helping your organisation's training and development team introduce and roll-out the program. This type of session lends itself especially well to larger groups - team events and away-days. (1/2 day) Online technical support via e-mail is also included in the package.
